Dine in Din Tai Fung

Located within the Dongcheng district of the city, Din Tai Fung offers visitors a delicious selection of dishes that make a call home more than worthwhile.
"Food fanatics were delighted when this popular Taipei restaurant opened its first branch in Beijing in 2004," said the Economist.
"The restaurant has a crisp, clean, contemporary look," it added.
Among outstanding dishes on offer include the restaurant’s infamous steamed pork buns, in addition to their legendary vegetable dumplings.
The dandan mian and chicken soup are also well worth giving a try.
Chicken soup is a dish popular in a number of different countries and in China, a number of different ingredients are often used for seasoning, including black pepper, rice wine and soy sauce.
