You can now check your Mobal bill online, how good is that!
A few months ago our web development team were locked away in a dark room. They were told they could not come back out until they had developed an easy-to-use system for you to see your Mobal statements online. This month they emerged triumphant, if a little pale.
How your online account works
By now you should have been emailed the weblink to the online statements section (www.mobal.com/myaccount) and a password so you can access your secure account.
To log in you need to enter your email address (make sure it is the one you use for your Mobal account) followed by your password. Once you are in your account you will be able to see each transaction that has been made. You can then click on that transaction and see the breakdown of the individual calls. You can also print out these pages so that you have a permanent copy.
More than one phone?
If you have more than one Mobal Phone on your account, you will be able to easily view transactions and calls for each individual phone.
Tell your friends
From your online account you can also use the refer-a-friend link and earn $10 for each friend who buys a Mobal GSM World Phone.
Update your credit card info
You can also easily update your address and credit card details.
