Placing your Order

Simply place your order online or call us toll free on 888-888-9162.

Order Acknowledgement

We will email confirmation of your rental phone number and your FedEx tracking number.

Payment

If you are paying by credit card we will debit your rental charges prior to shipping.

Shipping

The phone will be delivered by the agreed delivery date and time to your requested delivery address by FedEx.

Using your Phone

We provide a very simple user guide which includes all of the essentials of using your phone. Should you need it, we also provide 24-hour technical support for the duration of your rental.

Payment for Call Charges

We will debit your call charges from your credit card as and when we receive the call data from the networks.

Return Shipping

Deposit your package using our pre-paid airway bill at any convenient FedEx drop-off location.

Invoicing

We will send statements detailing the payments that we have taken including fully itemized lists of the calls that you have made.
